Shipping / Returns


All items are shipped within 1 – 2 days of purchase unless otherwise stated in the item description. Certain specialty items require longer to make but will come with clear communication about time frame.

In the event that materials are not available for a 1 – 2 day turnaround, an email will be sent notifying the customer so they have the opportunity to cancel the order.

Returns and Exchanges:

To initiate a return or exchange, contact me within 3 days of delivery. Ship item(s) back within 7 days of delivery.

For custom orders I don’t accept cancellations. but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Face Masks
  • Digital downloads

Conditions of return:

All items purchased through Lydia Hawk Designs are 100% handmade. For this reason, every item will be shipped from its origin location in pristine condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Providing incorrect address at checkout:

If incorrect address is provided by the Buyer at checkout, the item will be refunded, but not the shipping cost. Buyer can then choose to purchase the item a second time and enter the correct address so that the item can be properly processed and tracked with the new order.
