PATTERN – Penny’s Dammit / Stress Doll

Penny’s Dammit / Stress Doll Pattern is a FREE DIY pattern for a stress relief doll that comes with a step-by-step video tutorial:

Mine (pictured) is made with fleece, button eyes, yarn hair and blended fiberfill, with the Dammit Doll Poem pinned to the front on card stock. It is named after my mother-in-law who made one almost identical to my reproduction here.

This can also be a gift for a child you think can benefit from this item when they are feeling overwhelmed. Just call it a “Stress Doll” and remove the safety pin and poem.

The poem reads:

When you want to climb the wall,
And stand right up and shout.
There’s a little Dammit doll
You cannot do without.

Just grasp it firmly by the legs,
And find a place to slam it.
And as you whack the stuffing out
Yell Dammit, Dammit, Dammit!

Whack your Dammit Doll for stress relief, or give as a gift to someone in need!

**Not a toy for pets, babies and toddlers.**
