Polymer Clay Pancake Miniature Tutorial & The Safe Way to Use UV Resin

In this tutorial we will be making polymer clay pancakes and using UV Resin for the maple syrup at the very end. All resin is toxic and should only be handled using protective gear (eyewear, gloves, mask or respirator).

We always do our baking first, then and only then pour the UV Resin and cure under a UV Lamp. Never bake resin, even if it is fully cured.

The only reason I didn’t include an affiliate link below for the resin is because I’m still just starting to use this brand and don’t want to advocate for any product I’m not absolutely sure is safe to use. Because of resin’s toxicity, I advocate for doing as much research as possible about brands and safety before attempting to handle it. Using my affiliate links does garner me a small commission, but at no extra cost to you.
